Recipe:

  1. Night before, 20 ounces of water, bring to a boil.

  2. Add: two cinnamon sticks, six shavings of ginger root. 

  3. Boil for 10 minutes.

  4. Let stand over night, covered, on stove.

  5. In the morning, squeeze 1/2 of a lemon into mixture, & stir.

  6. On an empty stomach in the morning, drink 8 ounces in one to two gulps over one minute. Repeat in eight (8) hours.

 

Makes two 8 ounce servings. May chill in refrigerator after adding lemon. Good for 24 hours. May add one packet of Truvia/Stevia, after adding lemon, if too sour for you to drink.
